Fees & information
This page features some extra information on working with us.
-
All Occupational Therapy services are charged at $193.99 per hour for both face to face and non face to face clinical services.
Fees are also charged for travel.
-
If you are unable to attend an appointment in the clinic, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can try to reschedule your appointment or offer an alternative service such as a phone call or telehealth session.
When a session is cancelled at short notice our therapist has already spent time preparing your session and it is difficult to offer that space to someone else.
For this reason, cancellations made within 48 hours of the session time or non-attendance of a booked session will be charged at the full rate .

Some children may be eligible for a Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM). This allows children with a chronic or medical condition to receive a rebate towards allied health services (i.e. Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy and Psychology). Families need to contact their GP to discuss a CDM plan, and typically a longer consult must be requested for this. If this is relevant, this referral must be provided to the Occupational Therapist upon booking your initial appointment. From the 1st of July 2023, the rebate from Medicare is around $58 per session.
Children with Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorders and eligible disabilities may be eligible to receive a rebate from Medicare for up to 4 sessions (per lifetime) for children under 13 years to assist with assessment, diagnosis and development of a treatment plan. They may also be eligible for up to 20 treatment sessions (per lifetime) for children under 15 years. Speak to your child's GP about this type of medicare referral.
